No, I would agree with BGJ because women tend to be more leaning toward the compassionate side of things. It is more natural as part of women's mindset.

    Re: The Death Penalty

Very true assumption I would say. Also, like it or not most gays probably think more like women and would tend to be more inherently compassionate than the average alpha male. I think men are more driven to seek justice at all costs whether it leans toward being somewhat barbaric or not. I would say men more often think of the person who committed the heinous criminal act as barbaric therefore "reason" that justice can only be served upon that person with a similar sort of action. Men normally think more analytical and with reason and rationalization while(on average) womens thoughts are fueled strongly by emotion and feeling...I've done quite a bit of studying on this subject due to my profession and feel it is accurate but still will add that it is somewhat based on opinion as well.

I saw that movie but it really didnt change my mind about it. Yea there are flaws in the system where innocent people do get the death penalty nut most that get it are guilty.

    This is true GCDevil22.
I don't believe in babysitting these criminals. Violent crimes such as rape and murder should be punishable by death. Everyone should follow the footsteps of Texas they fry ya for jaywalking LOL

    Re: The Death Penalty

I'm all for it. Child molesters and people who murder are the ones who should get the death penalty. In my opinion any drunk driver who gets in an accident where someone dies should get the death penalty. No matter if they caused the accident or not. That would help another problem we all face.
